When you ask us to look after your property, we:

• Provide a rental valuation.

• Prepare details of your property for circulation, including external & internal photographs where applicable, details of rent, inclusions, other costs, local information & directions.

• Advertise on our web site.

• Advertise on www.rightmove.co.uk and other leading property letting websites as appropriate.

• Erect a highly visible “To Let” sign at the property.

• Accompany prospective tenants around & provide feedback.

• Once we have found a suitable tenant we conduct a reference check and, providing this is satisfactory, prepare all the necessary legal paperwork including a comprehensive inventory and schedule of condition, including photographs.

• Our full Management Service includes periodic visits to the property, arranging repairs, safety certificates, accounting and serving notices if required.
