The Fylde coastline boasts a rich variety of natural beauty - and we strongly believe that it should remain this way.

As small/medium-sized business, we know that we can potentially impact the local environment both negatively and positively in our day-to-day operations. We feel that we have a strong role to play in protecting our natural resources, and helping people to better understand the reasons for why this is important, and how they can do the same with their home.

In an effort to improve our own environmental footprint, our business processes allow us to save energy and manage waste. This often saves money and protects the environment around us. We welcome our tenants, landlords and homeowners to do the same, even if it is in small amounts; (stop buying plastic bags, reuse tough-bags, energy saving bulbs, conservative heating)

In-line with our own outlook on energy preservation and usage, the EU Energy Performance of Buildings Directive (EPBD) details that all UK rental properties must have an Energy Performance Certificate. This enables tenants, homeowners and landlords to understand and improve the impact that the property has on the local environment, while also saving money and resources. It's a good guideline of how efficient the home is.
